Kingswood Condominium Association, Inc is a gated community consisting of thirty-six (36) individual owned units and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The five (5) Board members are elected on a one (1) year term basis by the community. The Board is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association, and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and guidelines.
